Collection Service
The collection service is free.
To arrange a collection, we must receive a copy of the form (via email,
fax or post) by 2:00pm on the Day BEFORE collection is required.
A copy of the form must also be included with the box(es) being collected.
Weekend and evening collections are not available.
Please note that collections can only be arranged where the company has sent
incorrect goods, goods to the wrong address or for the return of multiple faulty goods.
We cannot organise collections for small/single items for inspection. Collections are
arranged at the discretion of the company.
Return Independently
If you prefer to return yourself or the return does not meet our collection criteria then you can return the item(s) independently.
- Please ensure our returns form (also used for collections – link at top of page) is completed and included with the goods.
- Incomplete returns information (product details/codes/quantities and reason for return and preferred action)
can slow processing of the returns and effect despatch time for replacement goods, processing of credits and delay communication.
- Faulty goods returned for examination – it aids our appraisal of the product and turnaround
time if information such as purchase date, customer comments and your own preferred action are noted.
- Where relevant (e.g. on confirmation of fault) we will refund postage costs where requested
(please note we cannot refund postage costs that exceed our own despatch charges).
- Where we are not at fault for despatch error or where goods are not verified by us as faulty
we cannot credit return postage costs for the goods. This policy may also apply in situations
where we undertake goodwill action, for example free of charge repair. We reserve the right
to charge for the return of non faulty or non creditable goods.
